Book Trailers
A Great Way To Promote Your Book via YouTube

One very effective tactic to promote and publicize your book is to create a “Book Trailer.” A book trailer is like a movie trailer in that it allows someone to preview a book both visually and via audio. A video book trailer brings the book to life and gives the potential reader a sneak peak at the contents. Westwind Communications will then post that book trailer on YouTube and... here’s the best part, we’ll add it to more than 100 additional video sites online for even greater exposure.

Besides the immediate visual impact another big benefit of a book trailer is how is improves search engine ranking for an author’s main web site. The book trailer on YouTube becomes searchable by key words which are carefully selected to attract interest and drive more traffic to your web site or your Amazon page.

We’ve have had terrific success with book trailers with some obtaining 77,000 views in a matter of days. One of my client’s videos in the music genre has had 1.7 million views of his video on Teacher Tube alone.

Check out examples of book trailers we’ve commission or distributed below or visit the Westwind Communications YouTube Channel at:

Conspiracy U by Scott Shay

Conspiracy U by Scott Shay'Conspiracy U: A Case Study' by Scott Shay
In a world of fake news and hype, what distinguishes theories from conspiracy theories? Do certain issues and rhetoric, such as anti-Zionism, receive a protected platform on university campuses around the United States? Is there an anti-Jewish bias in academia, and if so, does that create problems in other areas of society? Is there a universal standard by which theories and ideologies can be examined in the quest for truth? In his timely and powerful new book, Conspiracy U: A Case Study, author Scott Shay gives an in-depth analysis demonstrating that both his alma mater a nd academia in general have sacrificed academic integrity and trustworthy scholarship in favor of conspiracy theories.

The Noble Edge: Reclaiming an Ethical World One Choice at a Time by Chris Gilbert, PhD

The Noble Edge Reclaiming an Ethical World One Choice at a Time | Chris Gilbert, PhD "If I were still Dean of the USC Law School, I would assign it to every student." The Honorable Dorothy Nelson, Past Dean, University of Southern California Law School

Every moment of our lives, we make choices. Some of our choices can change the world, and some of our choices only change one moment of the day, but each choice we make has the potential to change the world for the better. What would happen if you could trust yourself to make good, moral choices all the time? What would happen if you could trust those around you to make good, moral choices all the time? How much happier and fulfilled would we be as a society?

These are the questions that Christopher Gilbert, PhD, tackles in his new book, The Noble Edge: Reclaiming an Ethical World One Choice at a Time.

Resetting Healthcare by Sanjay Prasad

Resetting Healthcare by Sanjay PrasadWashington DC Surgeon Demands Openness and Transparency from a Muddled US Healthcare System in Eye-Opening New Book

"Your Primary Care Physician and Surgeon May Not Always Be Right" says Dr. Sanjay Prasad

What do you do when your doctor recommends surgery to you or to a loved one? Do you question their decision? The answer for the vast majority of Americans is no. Most of us have been trained to trust our physicians completely. After all, they're the experts. They should know best.

In his new book, Resetting Healthcare, Dr. Sanjay Prasad examines the lack of transparency in surgical care and offers a solution to the problem: a new, innovative tool called SurgiQuality that connects patients with qualified surgeons, offering second and third opinions, and even suggesting more conservative, non-surgical solutions as appropriate. Dr. Prasad reveals that between 10-20 percent of all surgeries in the US are unnecessary, either because of misdiagnosis or because a more conservative therapy may have been just as or even more effective.

Resetting Healthcare by Sanjay Prasad, MD is available on the author's website: BN & Amazon.
